📌 Project Summary

A six-week, research-informed training course designed to equip instructors with the skills and confidence to design and facilitate high-quality online courses. The program integrates best practices in digital pedagogy, instructional design, and learner engagement, all grounded in Quality Matters (QM) and National Standards for Quality Online Teaching (NSQOT).

🎯 My Role: As the Lead Instructional Designer and Facilitator, I:

  • Designed course architecture using ADDIE and UDL principles
  • Developed multimedia content, scenario-based activities, and reflection exercises
  • Integrated emerging tools like AI-driven design examples (ChatGPT, Copilot)
  • Provided personalized feedback, monitored analytics, and supported cohort learning
